Boris Antsis (Sirotenko) was born in Leningrad, USSR. After having completed his education in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, he continued studies in Philosophy of Experimental Science at Leningrad University taking a special interest in Physics. In Russia and later in the USA he has been involved in concrete Engineering fields such as Mechanics, Electric's, Electronics and currently in Molecular Biology at Yeshiva University, New York. He is a thinker and yearns to understand the structure of the Universe in global philosophical aspects. His new theory about similarity in structure and interaction at subatomic and galactic scale has been published by " Gidrometeoisdat (click here to see cover)" in Leningrad USSR in 1990 and in New York, USA by Effect Publishing (click here to see cover), inc. in 1991*. It received positive response from readers. Now he wishes to publish modified version of his theory.
